Coping With Stress
One of the most common problems employees face today is how to cope with stress. Stress affects everyone – from a child in school to the top corporate executive. The reactions to stress are so varied that often you don’t even recognize that stress is the source of your discomfort. One thing is certain, however; when you do feel discomfort, you want to feel better. This seminar describes the causes and effects of stress from a nutritional, medical, physical, and intellectual point of view. You will learn a deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxation technique, the importance of exercise, and specific means of preventing stress as well as for coping with it.
